No one wants to understand that solar is an investment, but in the end you will have more then just your money back you spent on it. To me,it is inexcusable that our state is not taking advantage of the most abundant resource at its disposal for energy generation, and the recent actions by the PUC actually have hurt our long term prospects for economic growth.
